“Our identity is formed at bodily level first, and movement is the first language, before that of words. We need to recover, develop and integrate at the cognitive level the information that the body brings, in order to self-regulate more efficiently, but also to facilitate cooperation with others.
Facilitators have a long-term training, organized according to the highest standards of training in psychotherapy. The trainers were 80% from the UK and other EU countries, most with PhDs in the field, with extensive experience and international recognition. The program was experiential for students to live on their own the theories and concepts of the method, they had the processing of the training group dynamics, the requirement of a personal analysis with a psychotherapist, supervised practice, mandatory attendance and written theoretical and creative evaluations.
